Before you write to us with a question like "is the power bank charged?", check below. You'll save your time, our time, and the internet's time.
🔋 How many times can I charge my phone with one power bank?
It depends on the phone. On average, a smartphone has a battery of ~4000 mAh.
So, if you buy our 20,000 mAh power bank – you'll charge it about 4-5 times.
Of course, not everything is 1:1 – some energy is lost along the way, like your health after a party.
⚡ Does it support fast charging?
YES.
Most of our models support Quick Charge 3.0 and Power Delivery.
So if you have a good cable and a phone with turbo charging – it flies like crazy.
🔌 What inputs/outputs does the power bank have?
Standard:
- 2x USB-A (i.e., classic),
- 2x USB-C (for modern players).
You can connect everything – from an iPhone to an eyebrow dryer (if it has USB).
📱 Does it work with my phone/tablet/headphones...?
If your device charges via USB-A or USB-C, then YES.
Android, iOS, Xiaomi, Huawei, tablet, Kindle, headphones, power tools, Bluetooth speaker – whatever you want.
It's not NASA. It works.
⏱ How long does it take to charge the power bank?
Depending on the charger – usually 6-7 hours for a full charge.
It's best to charge it overnight and wake up with ready equipment, not frustration.
📦 How quickly will you ship my order?
Shipping from Poland, from our warehouse.
We process orders within 24 working hours, and the courier/InPost takes 1-3 days.
We don't drag it out for weeks like stores from China.
🔄 Returns – can I return the product if I change my mind?
Yes, you have 14 days to return without giving a reason.
Just don't use the product as a beer coaster and send it back in its original condition.
The rules are as clear as your screen after wiping it with a power bank.
🛠 Product not working / something is wrong – what to do?
Don't panic.
